Delivery & Returns
Shipping Policy
THE STANDARD DELIVERY COST IS R120. PURCHASES OVER R1500 WILL QUALIFY YOU FOR FREE DELIVERY WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA ONLY.
Please ensure that the address and contact numbers that you have provided to us are correct. Cotton and Co. does not take responsibility if the wrong address were given, and someone have taken your order at that address. We try to have your order delivered within 3 working days from the day that the order is place. This only applies if the item is available. When the item is out of stock it will however take up to 15 working days from when the order is placed.
We only courier within South Africa.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, therefore if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must return the item within five days from when the order was received. The item must be unused and with all tags attached. The item must not have any sign of marks, make-up or perfumes. Returns are not allowed on earrings, lingerie, and swimwear.
Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned, including Black Friday purchases.
Cotton and Co. is not responsible for the shipping charges of the returned item. The shipping charges for the returned item will be at the customers’ own cost.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, the new item of your will be couriered to you.
Exchange
To be suitable for an exchange, the item must be returned within five days from when the order was received. You can exchange the product(s) you ordered for a different size of the exact same product if the preferred size being requested is available. No cash exchange will be accepted. The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached. There must be no sign of marks, make-up or perfumes. We do not replace merchandise if it is not returned in a satisfactory order.
If Cotton and Co. have sent a wrong item by mistake, the item may not be used, and the item must be returned within five days. Cotton and Co. must settle the courier cost with you.
In order to qualify for return and/or exchange, the product must meet the following requirements:
- Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained, and free from perfumes and/or make up.
- No exchanges will be issued on sale items.
