The owner of Cotton and Co. provides all the information contained on this website, and related social media pages to visitors subject to the terms and conditions set out.

The terms and conditions command the use of the website as well as the ordering, sale and delivery of goods and are binding and enforceable against every person that accesses or uses this website. By continued use of this website, you are accepting these terms and conditions.

Cotton and Co. reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of this website without notice.

Availability of stock
Whilst every effort is made to update the information on this website, there can be instances where a certain item is out of stock after you have placed your order. Should this be the case, we will contact you with more information.

Placing goods in a shopping basket without completing the purchase does not place an order for such goods. As such, if stock is no longer available, it can be removed from the cart, or the price might change without notice to you. Cotton and Co. will not be held liable if the goods that are not available or are not available at the specific price when you complete or attempt to complete the purchase at a later stage.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made. Placing goods in a shopping basket without completing the purchase does not place an order for such goods. Items can be returned or exchanged liable to the Returns and Exchange policies as set out in these terms and conditions. 

Returns
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, therefore if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must return the item within five days from when the order was received. The item must be unused and with all tags attached. The item must not have any sign of marks, make-up or perfumes. Returns are not allowed on earrings, lingerie, and swimwear. 

Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned, including Black Friday purchases.

Cotton and Co. is not responsible for the shipping charges of the returned item.  The shipping charges for the returned item will be at the customers’ own cost. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  Once approved, the new item of your choice will be couriered to you.

Exchange
To be suitable for an exchange, the item must be returned within five days from when the order was received. You can exchange the product(s) you ordered for a different size of the exact same product if the preferred size being requested is available.  No cash exchange will be accepted. The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached. There must be no sign of marks, make-up or perfumes. We do not replace merchandise if it is not returned in a satisfactory order.

If Cotton and Co. have sent a wrong item by mistake, the item may not be used, and the item must be returned withing five days. Cotton and Co. must settle the courier cost with you.

Shipping and delivery
Please ensure that the address and contact numbers that you have provided to us are correct. Cotton and Co. does not take responsibility if the wrong address were given, and someone have taken your order at that address. We try to have your order delivered within 3 working days from the day that the order is place. This only applies if the item is available. When the item is out of stock it will however take up to 15 working days from when the order is placed.

We only courier within South Africa.

The Standard delivery cost is R120.  Purchases over R1500 will qualify you for free delivery.

Personal Information
We respect your privacy and will take all reasonable measures to protect it. When you register as a user on the website, we may require you to provide us with personal information which includes but is not limited to: your name and surname; your email address; your physical address; and your mobile number. Should your personal information change, please inform us and provide us with updates to your personal information to enable us to update your personal information. We will not, without your consent use your personal information for any purpose other than as set out below:

Legal Capacity
You may not access our website or order our goods or request our services if you are younger than 18 years. Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.

Agreement
By accepting this policy, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by all its terms. These website terms and conditions constitute the sole record of the agreement between you and the Website Owner in relation to your use of the website. Neither you nor the Website Owner shall be bound by any express tacit nor implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein. Unless otherwise specifically stated these website terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between you and the Website Owner in respect of your use of the website.

We will notify you of any changes on the website or by sending you an email detailing the changes that we have made and indicating the date that they were last updated. If you do not agree with the changes, then you must stop using the website and our goods or services.
